0 Asus Zenbook

ASUS Zenbook Prime is the latest series of lines that have ultrabook ASUS Chipset Intel Ivy Bridge has a modern design, made from lightweight metal body. ASUS Zenbook Prime that we discuss this time has a code name UX21A, this code signifies that the display is used when measuring 11 inches. UX21A Besides, there are still some more sales code that is UX31A, UX32A, and UX32VD.

Design
Background lighted keyboard, trackpad is smooth and of course use a third-generation Intel Core processors. While this feature is the low end UX32A series. ability of only 1366 x 768 screen. Although ASUS Zenbook Prime UX21A small but has a big enough screen resolution of 1080p IPS. If we look at ASUS Zenbook Prime will be treated to a surface color that is quite elegant. Closing the screen looks striking, such as metal forming circular and centered on the ASUS logo. Weighs approximately 2.4 to 3 pounds and the thickest part has a size of 9mm. Screen size 11-inch is just easier for us to hold with one hand, and it is easier to put into a shoulder bag. When ASUS Zenbook Prime lap screen may look a bit blurry but it can be overcome by adjusting the screen tilt with our views.

Although it still leaves a thin place to put 2 USB 3.0 ports, headphone jack, micro mini VGA and HDMI. Also available SD Card slot. ASUS Zenbook Prime uses unibody type, we can not remove the battery as we can do on a laptop and can not replace the SSD. The device shall be such as WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1 support bluetooth 4.0, and 10/100Mbps ethernet plugs. Asus has two choices ZenBook models with screen sizes of 11.6 inches and 13.3 inches. Standard specification of this notebook is equipped with a hybrid storage media solid state drive (SSD) of 128 GB and Intel i5 processor (also available upgrade option to the Intel i7). Zenbook using Microsoft's Windows 7 operating system with a thickness of less than one inch and U.S. $ 1000 price range. ZenBook will be marketed starting price of 999 U.S. dollars for 1099 models UX21 and UX31 models for the U.S. dollar.

Keyboard and Touchpad

We will see a stretch of the bear-sized and yet still feels comfortable underneath there is a touchpad that responds with a sensitive touch. Although it can not adjust screen brightness manually, ambience sensor support feature which serves to adjust the screen brightness can automatically be going pretty well.

0 Intel Ivy Bridge

Processor Intel Core i the third generation has the latest-generation architecture called Ivy Bridge. Ivy Bridge architecture is a refinement of the previous architecture, Sandy Bridge. Intel applies the latest fabrication process in which in this case, Ivy Bridge is produced by 22 nm fabrication process plus the latest technology 3D Tri-Gate Transistor. Ivy Bridge Intel processor that uses a 22 nm fabrication. After nearly two years, naming Intel core i will soon go into 3rd generation. 1st generation of Intel core codenamed Arrandale i have that last for one year. Later, his throne was replaced 2nd Generation codenamed Sandy Bridge which is found in many notebooks today.

Some time ago, Intel has launched the Core i3 Ivy Bridge. The launch was followed by the presence of various armed with notebook processors. You'll see a notebook that uses Intel Core i3 series 3110M and 3217U. Both are already using 22nm architecture, dual-core, Intel HD 4000 graphics, and Hyper-threading. Intel Core i3 3110M has a speed of 2.4GHz with 3MB of L3 cache on the processor with Intel HD4000 graphics. Intel Core i3 3110M will support hyper-threading, so you see the two cores and four threads, but do not have Intel Turbo Boost technology and AES instructions. Intel Core i3 3110M has a TDP of 35W. The processor is apparently aimed at mainstream laptop. While the Intel Core i3 3217U is an ultra low voltage processors are intended for the Ultrabook. Later this series will have a processor speed of 1.8GHz with 3MB of L3 cache memory. Inside there is a graphics processor with Intel HD4000 clocked slightly lower than in non-ULV series and uses only 17w TDP.

Hopefully with the Intel Core i3, the price of Intel processor-based notebook Ivy bridge will have an affordable price and occupy the middle market segment with an economical price. For the future, you will begin to get a notebook that uses Intel Ivy Bridge. I tell very easily. Sandy Bridge uses names with the prefix 2xx series, while the Ivy bridge using the prefix 3xx.
